How do we know what the body wants to express now? 🤠


☝️Notice the position you are in at the moment.

✌️Take a breath in and connect with your 5 senses one by one with every inhale. 

🤟After senses, let yourself during the exhalation to move in any direction that the body intends (without thinking) as long as you’re breathing out. Follow the movement and impulses intuitivly arising.

♾️ Repeat this as much as you need, you can put some music and play with it 🎵 finding your own path, with  what works for you. Let yourself freeing the breath and movements to get into the next action ~
