ABOUT CAROLINA

Carolina is passionate about our mystical humanity. Constantly guided by the search of exploring what it means to inhabit our bodies, gaining awareness of our human experience and how to deepen the connection within-out in more respectful, authentic, and loving ways.

Since 2001, she started studies on different body-mind disciplines: yoga instructor, contemporary dance, and theatre professional training in Argentina; in 2012 initiated her path in ritual dances with a year in Bali, in 2015 moved to Lithuania with her partner and in 2020 got graduated from Transformative Dance (Germany-Israel). This year she also got initiated the Camino Rojo, joining the Moon Dance ceremony in Mexico.

During this time, Carolina has developed different settings to guide groups through movement, along a journey towards the expression of their uniqueness, tapping into their inner knowing and creative flow.

Graduated from Transformative Dance Facilitator training. Certificated from Process Work Institute Psychology winter intensive.

THEATRE AND DANCE

Studies in contemporary dance, theatre, applied theatre as well as studies in Indonesian & Mexico ritual dances.

SOMATIC PRACTICES

Tai-Chi-Kung, Body Mind Centring and trauma informed practices.

YOGA

Graduated from Hatha YOGA teacher training course, and Vipassana meditation.

ARTS AND CRAFTS

Graduated from product design, with background in arts and crafts.
