ABOUT CAROLINA

Carolina is passionate about exploring the landscapes of our humanity and cultivating authentic, loving connections within ourselves, eachother and the world. She began her journey practicing contemporary dance and theater and offering yoga in Argentina.

Guided by her curiosity, Carolina’s transformative path started in 2012, where she travelled to learn culture and ritual dances in Indonesia. Later she moved to Lithuania in 2015, where she continued to explore through body, movement and spirituality. By 2020, she earned her certification in Transformative Dance (Berlin, Germany), and in 2022, continued the journey, participating in the Moon Dance ceremony in Mexico. This year she completed the sacred femenine dance training called Danza Gracia. 

Dancing Sounds project is aligned with Carolina’s profound ability to tap into collective energy, foster deep awareness, and empower others to express their unique essence. Through the containers she creates, individuals and groups are guided to unlock their creative flow, access inner wisdom, and connect with their essence.

Currently, Carolina is deepening her practice in bodywork, offering 1:1  coaching sessions that apply many learnings from Body-Mind Centering, Process-Oriented Psychology, and Pantarei Somatic Approach. 

Her activities continue to inspire a holistic journey of transformation, offering embodied tools to understand and experience life in all senses.

Certified Pantarei Approach practitioner. Training in Tai-Chi-Kung, Body Mind Centring, and Danza Gracia.
