Inclusiveness
Movement is a fundamental human need; dance belongs to everyone. All are welcome on the dance floor.
-
Leading by Following
Facilitation is a dynamic, attentive, and resonant dialogue between the group and the facilitator. -
Resource-Oriented Approach
We base our experience on the empowering aspects of the group and the body-mind connection. -
Somatic-Oriented Approach
The body opens the door to different parts of the self, grounding us in the present and fostering emotional and spiritual growth.
